Privacy Policy

We at GoodForms don't want your personal data. However, any personal information you provide us with will be treated confidentially and securely.

The first thing you should know is that we will never sell your personal information to third parties. Any third parties we share your information with for the purposes of running our business (for example our payment provider, Stripe) have committed to treating your personal information with as much care as we do. They are not permitted to market to you, sell or share your personal data, or contact you in any way outside of the purpose for which we engage them.

Processing of personal data takes place in accordance with the requirements of the applicable data protection legislation. This means that we:

  • clearly specify our purposes before we process personal data (that’s what this privacy statement is for)
  • limit our collection of personal data to the minimum needed for legitimate purposes only
  • first ask for explicit permission to process your personal data in cases where your permission is required
  • take appropriate security measures to protect your personal data, and
  • respect your right to inspect, correct, or delete your personal data held by us

In this privacy statement, we will explain what data we collect and why, and how we use it.

It is important to realize that there are different contexts in which we handle your data - this website itself, our support site, and the hosted platform. We break down what we collect and what third-party vendors we use (with a link to their own privacy policies) in the section below.

Our websites use cookies to better customize user's experience and protect access for other authorized users, for example to login and download invoices, manage your assets in your hosted environment, or check on ticket status in the Helpdesk.

We do not under any circumstance provide your personal data to other companies or organisations, unless we are forced to do so by law (for example in case of a suspected crime).
